Summary
InspectPulse AI respects your privacy. Inspection photos and notes are stored locally on your device and used solely to generate PDF property reports. Voice dictation is processed via Google Gemini API. Subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat and Apple. We never sell your data to third parties.
InspectPulse AI collects only the minimal data required to deliver core app functionality: generating property inspection reports and managing subscriptions.
- Inspection Photos: Photos you capture or select within the App are stored locally on your device and used exclusively to populate your PDF inspection reports.
- Voice Dictation & Text Notes: Audio dictation and text notes created during inspections are processed to structure defect observations and summary descriptions.
- Subscription Status & Entitlements: We use RevenueCat to verify active subscription entitlements (e.g., InspectPulse AI Pro). RevenueCat processes an anonymous customer identifier, purchase history, active subscription status, and renewal dates.
- Payment Processing: All financial transactions (purchases and trial subscriptions) are handled directly by Apple via your Apple ID / App Store account. InspectPulse AI does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or financial details.
We use your data strictly for app operational purposes:
- PDF Report Generation: Photos and text notes are compiled locally on your device to create downloadable PDF reports.
- AI Processing via Google Gemini API: Dictated notes and inspection text are transmitted to the Google Gemini API for automated formatting, grammar correction, and summary generation.
- Subscription Verification: Subscription tokens are verified via RevenueCat to grant access to Pro features and manage report allowances.
- User Support: If you contact support, your email address is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal data or inspection content to third parties.
We share data only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the App:
4. Data Storage, Retention & Security
- Local Storage: All inspection drafts, photos, and report settings are stored locally on your iOS device.
- Ephemeral AI Data: Text sent to the Google Gemini API is processed dynamically to format your inspection text and is not retained by InspectPulse AI for advertising or model training.
- Security: We enforce HTTPS/TLS encryption for all network requests between the App and third-party APIs.
5. User Rights & Data Deletion
- Local Data Deletion: You can delete individual inspections or photos directly inside the App at any time. Uninstalling the App or clearing app data in iOS settings permanently removes all locally stored inspection files.
- Data Deletion Requests: Because InspectPulse AI does not require account registration, we do not maintain central user databases. If you have submitted email support inquiries and wish to request deletion of your email correspondence, please contact

6. Children’s Privacy
InspectPulse AI is intended for professional home and property inspectors. The App is not intended for use by children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated “Effective Date.”
